1. Services

Hitech Computer & IT Solutions ("Hitech", "we", "us", "our") provides laptop, MacBook, PC, iMac and phone repair services at our three branches in Kembangan, Hougang, and Bukit Timah, Singapore. All services are subject to these terms.

2. Diagnosis & Quotations

We offer free diagnosis. A quotation will be provided after diagnosis. No work will begin without your approval. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

3. Warranties

All repairs come with a 30 to 90-day service warranty covering parts and labour, depending on the type of repair. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in replacement parts and workmanship errors. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, liquid damage after repair, or normal wear and tear.

4. Data Protection

We take data privacy seriously. Our technicians work under strict protocols. We will not access, copy, or disclose your personal data unless explicitly instructed for data recovery purposes. Hitech is not liable for data loss during repair. We strongly recommend backing up your data before service.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of repair. We accept PayNow, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Corporate clients on AMC agreements may request invoicing with 30-day payment terms.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a repair at any time before work begins at no charge. If parts have already been ordered, a restocking fee may apply. Refunds for completed repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to warranty terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitech Computer & IT Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
